Most Arc Welding applications can be handled using Rimrock’s standard LeanArc™ cells. The factors that determine which system will best fit the application include your material handling requirements, part size, & tooling size. The standard LeanArc™ Cells have a modular configuration comprised of various robots and positioners ideal for small to medium size parts. Custom engineered systems are available for part sizes beyond the range of the LeanArc cells, or those with unique design considerations. In addition, robotic arc welding optional equipment can improve productivity, weld quality, & consumable life.
