Sawing

Rimrock's robotic custom saw systems are an efficient way to remove heavy aluminum gating, sprues, and perform facing on the casting's surface. Sawing systems can be used when processing cylinder heads, intake manifolds, water pumps, and other aluminum castings. For increased performance, Rimrock's standard saw can be easily upgraded to a servo foundry saw with an integral servo-drive cut axis.
