IRB 4400 & 4450
The IRB 4400 is a compact robot with medium to heavy handling capacity. It can handle loads of 60 kg, or 45 kg at very high speeds. The 4400 usually permits handling of two parts simultaneously. Exceptional all-round capabilities make it suitable for a variety of manufacturing applications. Rapid maneuverability makes the IRB 4400 perfectly matched for applications where speed and flexibility are important.
The IRB 4450S is the shelf robot version in the IRB 4400 robot family. It has the same accuracy and cycle time performance as other IRB 4400, but is able to work downwards for mounting on top of die casting machines. The Foundry Plus version is IP 67 protected and can be washed with high pressure steam making it ideal for use in harsh environments.
